Self-Pickup

Collect your camper from the local warehouse

Warehouse Information

The warehouse address and pickup details will be provided by the freight forwarder after your camper arrives at the local warehouse.

Before Pickup, Please Prepare

  • Bill of Lading
  • Valid identification
  • Warehouse address and contact information provided by the freight forwarder

Pickup Preparation

We recommend arranging a suitable trailer or transportation method in advance to make the pickup process easier and safer.

Pickup Inspection

Before leaving the warehouse, please:

  • Confirm the package condition.
  • Check that all packages are received.
  • Record a pickup video for your records.

Storage Reminder

Your camper includes 7 days of free storage after arriving at the warehouse. After the free storage period, additional storage fees may apply (approximately US$15/day).

Door-to-Door Delivery

Delivered to your address by the carrier

Delivery Scheduling

The logistics company will arrange delivery after your camper arrives at the destination port. The carrier will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery appointment.

Unloading Preparation

Customers are responsible for arranging proper unloading equipment if needed, such as a forklift or other suitable equipment. Please prepare the unloading method in advance to ensure a safe and smooth delivery.

Delivery Inspection

Before signing the delivery receipt, please:

  • Inspect the package condition carefully.
  • Confirm that all packages have been received.
  • Check for any visible damage or missing items.
  • Record an unloading video for your records.

Important Reminder

If any damage or missing items are found, please clearly note them on the delivery receipt before signing. Please contact Bantrek immediately and provide photos or videos so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.

After Receiving Your Camper

  • Keep the Packaging

    Keep all packaging materials until the camper has been fully inspected.

  • Check All Components

    Check all accessories and included components.
