Door 1 & Door 2

Standard Door / Half Barn Door

Please share the measurement videos for all seven dimensions with your sales representative for verification.

Required measurements for Door 1 and Door 2 — outer dimensions, internal dimensions, and height from the highest point
Door 3 & Door 4

Barn Door / Single Door

Please share the measurement videos for all eleven dimensions with your sales representative for verification.

Additional measurements for Door 3 and Door 4 — bed rail width, tailgate opening, and side height
Camper drawings with dimensions in millimetres

Camper Drawings

Upon receiving your measurement data, we will prepare the corresponding camper drawings for your confirmation. Production will begin once the drawings are approved.

Note:

  1. The contact width between the base section and the truck bed rail is 50 mm / 2 in.
  2. The base section width and length will be designed to align as closely as possible with the outer edge of the bed rails, within the maximum range allowed by the clamping system, to ensure structural integrity and overall aesthetics.
  3. The base section height will be manufactured (20 mm / 0.8 in) higher than the measured height. In most cases, a (50 mm / 2 in) increase is recommended.
