1

Warranty Period and Coverage

The warranty period is one year, starting on the delivery date shown in the carrier’s delivery record. This includes delivery accepted by you or an authorized recipient.

The warranty covers the entire Bantrek camper and all components supplied with it, including:

  • Camper body, mounting base, and welded structure
  • Doors, locks, windows, seals, and gas struts
  • Standard equipment and optional components supplied with the camper
The warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner for the remainder of the applicable warranty period. A transfer does not restart the warranty period. To request support, the new owner should provide the original order or product identification details, the delivery date, and reasonable proof of ownership.
2

What Is Covered

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use within the one-year warranty period. Examples may include:

  • Structural or welded joint failures not caused by impact, overloading, or modification
  • A supplied component that stops functioning because of a manufacturing defect
  • Water intrusion confirmed to result from a manufacturing or sealing defect
  • A door, lock, window, or gas strut that fails to operate as intended because of a manufacturing defect
Bantrek reviews each reported issue based on the available information, including photos or video, installation details, and the camper’s condition.
3

How to Request Support

Contact Bantrek through any of these channels:

Please include:

  • Your name and order number
  • Camper model and delivery date
  • A brief description of the problem and when it began
  • Clear photos or video showing the issue and the surrounding area
  • Relevant installation, loading, or use information

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and provide an initial assessment within 3 business days after receiving the information needed to review the issue. These timeframes apply to the initial response and assessment. They do not mean that a repair or replacement will necessarily be completed within that period.

“Business days” means Bantrek working days and excludes weekends and Chinese public holidays. If we need more information or additional technical review, we will tell you what is needed and update you on the next steps.

How We Resolve an Approved Warranty Issue

Depending on the issue, the solution may include:

  • Remote troubleshooting or installation guidance
  • Replacement parts
  • Repair by a local service provider approved by Bantrek
  • Reimbursement of approved local repair costs after you provide the required invoice
  • Another solution agreed upon with you

Before a local repair begins, Bantrek will confirm the repair plan and approved costs in writing. That confirmation will specify which charges are approved, such as diagnostic fees, parts, labor, applicable taxes, and any approved cost limit.

Please obtain Bantrek’s written approval before arranging a paid local repair. Costs that were not approved in writing in advance are generally not reimbursed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

For an approved warranty issue, Bantrek covers approved warranty parts, international shipping for approved replacement parts, approved local repair costs, and return shipping when Bantrek requires a part or product to be returned.

After receiving the approved repair invoice and required supporting documents, Bantrek will confirm the reimbursement arrangement with you.

5

Invoice Requirements for Local Repairs

To request reimbursement for an approved local repair, please provide an invoice that lists:

  • The items or parts supplied
  • The purpose of the repair or service
  • The price charged
The invoice must relate to the repair plan and costs approved by Bantrek in writing.
6

Returning a Part or Camper

Do not ship any part or camper back unless Bantrek has provided written return instructions and arranged or approved the return shipment.

If Bantrek requires a part or product to be returned as part of an approved warranty claim, Bantrek will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

7

Shipping Damage

Please inspect the outer packaging and camper for visible damage when the shipment arrives. If you notice damage:

  • Photograph the packaging, the camper, and the affected areas.
  • Keep the packaging and damaged parts until Bantrek advises whether they are needed.
  • Contact Bantrek as soon as reasonably possible through the after-sales email, your sales representative, or your order communication group.

If you discover damage after unpacking, contact us as soon as you find it and send photos or video. Prompt reporting helps us document the issue and coordinate with the carrier. If you discover damage later, please still contact us so we can review it.

Bantrek will review the information and help coordinate the next steps with the carrier where appropriate.
8

What Is Generally Not Covered

The warranty generally does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidents, collisions, impact, or improper handling after delivery
  • Exceeding stated weight or load limits
  • Incorrect installation or use contrary to the supplied instructions
  • Modifications, drilling, disassembly, or repairs that caused or contributed to the issue
  • Lack of reasonable care or maintenance
  • Normal wear, fading, or deterioration over time
  • Severe environmental events or conditions outside the product’s stated limits
An exclusion applies only when the listed condition caused or contributed to the reported issue. Normal cosmetic wear does not automatically exclude a separate functional problem from review. If Bantrek believes an exclusion applies, we will explain the reason and the information supporting our assessment.
9

Warranty for Repaired or Replaced Parts

A part repaired or replaced under this warranty receives a new one-year warranty beginning on the date the repair is completed.

For a part repaired locally, the repair completion date shown on the approved service invoice or repair record will be used as the start date.

This renewed warranty applies only to the repaired or replaced part. It does not restart the warranty period for the rest of the camper.
10

Legal Rights

This policy describes Bantrek’s warranty and after-sales support. It does not exclude or limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws applicable to the purchase.
